Building habits can be hard, making changes to behaviour can be hard, but there are some things that you can do to make it more successful.

So we've put together a list of little changes to improve habit building. These are small things that can be done to help change your habits! Take note of these because they are a great help!

  1. Set goals that are clearly personally relevant.

  2. Establish both behavioural and non-behavioural goals.

  3. Make an action plan of how you will work towards your goals.

  4. Identify barriers and attempt to solve them before they occur.

  5. Break goals down into smaller achievable tasks.

  6. Reflect on goal progress on a regular basis.

  7. Have rewards organised for hitting progress goals.

  8. Organise your social support and identify how they can help you.

  9. Have visual representation of your goals and the tracking towards them.

  10. Understand your why, understand the motives you have and why they are important to you.

These are some simple changes you can make internally and with your support network to make sure you hit your goals!
