Who are your trainers and what are their qualifications?
We have two trainers here at S&T STEPS: Tim: who is fully qualified with a Diploma of Fitness, an advanced Diploma of Nutrition and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Exercise Science majoring in Sports Psychology; and Stacey: who is fully qualified with Certificate III & IV in fitness, a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Degree is Sports Therapy.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens and we hate seeing our clients miss out on their sessions. Our current cancellation policy is 24 hours for Massage and Personal Training, with full cost being charged for late cancellation or no-shows. Classes are able to be cancelled up until the minute they begin with no charge.
How do I book a session with S&T STEPS?
Booking a session is a breeze! You can choose the convenience of online booking through our website or message us directly. Whether you prefer the digital route or a quick facebook or website message, we're here to make your booking process smooth and effortless.
What payment methods do you accept?
We make payment easy and convenient! We accept a variety of popular methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, or cash.
Do you offer any free consultations or trial sessions?
Absolutely! We believe in letting you experience our approach firsthand. We offer one free trial session, either for personal training or a group class, so you can see if S&T STEPS is the right fit for you. We also provide free consultations to discuss your goals and answer any questions you might have.
Can I bring a friend or family member to my session?
While we encourage a supportive environment, friends and family members need to book their own sessions to participate in workouts. They are completely welcome in all sessions though, just message us to get them started.
What are the best fitness options for beginners?
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, especially for beginners. Stacey & Tim will design a personalized program that considers your fitness level, interests, and any limitations. We offer a variety of beginner-friendly options, including bodyweight exercises, circuit training, and personalized guidance.
Do you offer personalized fitness plans?

Is there a minimum contract term for memberships?
Nope! We believe in commitment-free options. Choose the class or personal training pack that best suits your needs and pay as you go, without any long-term contracts or hidden fees. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your decision to join S&T STEPS.
