By confirming your booking on the Picktime platform, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, or a failure to show, will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

This outstanding fee will be placed on your account and must be settled prior to booking any future sessions or classes.
