We understand the fear of walking in. We believe transformation is possible for everyone, but we know the hardest part is overcoming the mental barrier. We are Tim and Stacey, and having overcome our own serious fitness and mental health challenges, we built this studio on real-life experience, not just expert knowledge.


The Science Behind the Struggle: Tim's Story.
Tim’s fitness journey began from a place of real struggle. He personally navigated losing over 50kg, transforming his physical health while simultaneously battling significant challenges with anxiety and depression. That personal experience fuels his professional approach every single day.
As a qualified Exercise Scientist and Nutrition specialist, Tim ensures that every Strength Training protocol here is evidence-based, effective, and safe. He doesn't just program exercises; he architects long-term, sustainable change.
Crucially, Tim is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Psychology. This is not separate from fitness—it’s central to it. He uses this advanced knowledge to ensure that the training environment, coaching cues, and progression plans actively support your mental well-being. For anyone who finds the gym intimidating, Tim ensures that confidence is built alongside muscle, making sure the mental barriers don't stop your physical progress.
Stacey: Expertise in Movement, Recovery, and Real-Life Fitness
Stacey knows firsthand that fitness isn't just about pushing harder; it’s about moving smarter and recovering better. Having successfully navigated her own significant weight loss journey (20kg+), she understands the internal drive and the physical hurdles clients face when starting out.
As both a qualified Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer, Stacey integrates her expertise across all training methods—from functional fitness to specialized Strength Training. She ensures your programming is safe, sustainable, and injury-aware. Her perspective is that expert recovery care (like skilled massage) is essential for anyone wanting long-term health that fits into a busy life, making it a core part of your overall quality of life strategy.
Her focus is ensuring you build a body that feels strong, resilient, and capable for everything life throws at you—not just for the hour you spend in the studio.
