As a Sports Therapist, I don't just treat you; I analyse your movement patterns and identify the root causes of pain and tightness. Many aches that people assume are "normal" are actually early warning signs of injury, and they are usually caused by an imbalance you don't even know you have.

  1. Injury Prevention, Not Just Repair: When you train with Tim, he pushes you based on exercise science. But that rigorous training causes tissue fatigue. I step in proactively to assess, locate, and release trigger points and adhesion spots before they limit your range of motion or contribute to a joint strain.

  2. Optimized Training: A tight hip flexor can stop you from hitting the depth you need in a squat, making Tim's strength program less effective. By addressing this with a Sports Massage, I physically unlock your joints, allowing you to move correctly, recruit the right muscles, and get more out of every training session.

  3. Faster Recovery = Better Consistency: Consistent training is the secret weapon for results. By stimulating blood flow and reducing inflammation through therapy, your recovery time shrinks. This means you can show up for your next Total Body Conditioning or Strength Training session sooner and feeling stronger.
