Work with a professional on what your macronutrients should be. While online calculators can be useful, they don't take into account your individuality.
Don't just focus on micronutrients, ensure you are eating a range of foods from different food groups to hit your micronutrient needs too.
Don't get down or negative on yourself for missing a day, or going over what you planned to eat. Just start fresh the following day.
