Cardio Classes

Join our dynamic cardio sessions designed to push your limits and achieve your cardio fitness goals. Stacey & Tim will guide you through a different workout each time. Available at our Yarra Valley Fitness Studio.

Weight Training

These are our individualised classes. Stacey & Tim will design an individual customised weight training session for you, lifting heavier weight, with a focus on slow and controlled movement, and weight training that works towards your goals.

Strength Classes

These classes focus on higher rep and lower weight. Improving muscle mass and strength, we will guide you through the form on each exercise and show you how to get weight training spot on!

Saturday Mix-Up

These sessions change every Saturday! It could be Boxing, HIIT, Strongman, Tabata, Kettlebells, Barbell Complexes or anything in between. A surprise class awaits you every Saturday!
