About Us
At S&T STEPS Fitness Studio, we believe that transformation is possible for everyone—with the right mindset, support, and guidance. Founded by Tim and Stacey, two passionate professionals who have each overcome their own fitness challenges, our studio is built on real-life experience and expert knowledge. Tim, who lost over 50kg and rebuilt his life through fitness, holds qualifications in exercise science, nutrition, and fitness, and is currently deepening his understanding of mental well-being through postgraduate studies in psychology. Stacey, a sports therapist and personal trainer, brings her own weight loss journey and lifelong love of sport into her practice, with a special focus on recovery through massage. Together, they offer a supportive, empowering space where your health and wellness goals become achievable.


Tim
Meet Tim, our dedicated exercise scientist at S&T STEPS, where he combines his passion for fitness with a deep understanding of exercise science. An avid runner and weight training enthusiast, Tim believes in the power of movement to transform lives. When he's not in the gym, you can find him enjoying Aussie Rules (or any sport really!), spending time with family or diving into his favourite video games. His enthusiasm and expertise make him an invaluable part of our fitness community.
Stacey
Meet Stacey, your dedicated personal trainer and massage/sports therapist at S&T STEPS. With a passion for Aussie basketball and a loyal supporter of Collingwood, she brings the same energy to her clients that she feels for the game. When she's not helping others achieve their fitness goals, Stacey loves embarking on new adventures with her family and indulging in some guilty pleasure trashy TV. Join her on a journey to better health and well-being, fueled by her enthusiasm and love for life!
